National Association of Professional Women Announces Doris Fox, Service Delivery Manager at IBM, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Fox is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in management. As an 18-year veteran employee with IBM, Ms. Fox has been responsible for providing quality service to its customers in such positions as Team Lead, Help Desk Supervisor and Help Desk Manager.
In her present position as Service Delivery Manager, she is known for her exceptional style of managing communications with IBM’s customers. Ms. Fox effortlessly and consistently conveys optimal improvement plans for her department. She is responsible for the overall driving and attainment of service level objectives for IBM’s multiple teams including service desk, deskside, software packaging and mobility portal ordering.
Ms. Fox received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Manhattan College. She is a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society.
