Solution selected for its ability to improve processes and pre-sell new casino hotel - Desert Diamond Casinos will be able to cross-sell between properties.

The company will implement the multi-property solution, considered a hallmark in hotel sales automation, across its Desert Diamond Casino and Desert Diamond Casino Hotel properties in order to manage its group sales, meetings and events business.

Desert Diamond Casino Hotel is the first and only casino in southern Arizona with a hotel and boasts substantial meeting space of over 8,000 square feet and "The Monsoon," a 4,240-square foot nightclub. With the addition of the new hotel, the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise sought a robust sales and catering software application that would integrate with different Property Management Systems (PMS). With its strong integration capabilities, Delphi MPE was the perfect solution. The two properties will be able to:
-Pass data and real-time availability for its properties between Delphi and the PMS
-Cross-sell and up-sell between its two premier properties
-Have immediate access to availability
These benefits will give Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise an edge in accommodating the needs of meeting and event planners. Moreover, the Delphi MPE solution will be able to manage the growth of both the Desert Diamond Casino and Desert Diamond Casino Hotel locations.
