STX Signs Six to Hockey Roster, Boosts NHL Presence
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) October 07, 2015 -- Baltimore-based STX, LLC, a global sporting goods leader, has signed National Hockey League (NHL) athletes J.T. Miller, Adam McQuaid, Matt Martin, Colin McDonald, Shawn Thornton and Vincent Trocheck. All six players have signed multi-year deals and will compete with STX equipment.
The addition of the six athletes will help drive brand awareness as STX continues to expand its ice hockey line, including the recent launch of the completely redesigned Stallion 600 stick. Each player will be involved with product development and on-ice feedback, as well as appearances at STX sponsored events.
“We are proud to announce these new NHL player partnerships” said Matt Hoppe, Senior Global Brand Manager at STX. “As we continue to expand our presence in the NHL and beyond, elite-level athletes everywhere are making the conscious choice to use STX Hockey equipment and that validates the high-performance nature of our products.”
