Timea Belej-Rak, MD Releases ‘Embrace Your Fertility’
VAUGHAN, Ontario (PRWEB) May 24, 2017 -- As an obstetrician/gynecologist with specialty training in gynecologic reproductive endocrinology and infertility, author Timea Belej-Rak, MD has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to conception and family building. She shares this with readers, especially those struggling with fertility, in her new book, “Embrace Your Fertility” (published by Balboa Press).
In this book, readers will find a collection of patient stories and treatment options that are available to those struggling with their fertility. It aims to explain specific techniques and how they can aid in conception and building a family. Belej-Rak has combined the knowledge of eight experts in approaching fertility challenges from many different perspectives, such as naturopathy, TCM/acupuncture, mind body tools, counseling, donor sperm, donor eggs and adoption as well as traditional Western medical treatment. By providing relevant, up to date information, this self-help guide empowers readers with tools to help them succeed.
A practical and easy to understand resource for fertility treatment options, “Embrace Your Fertility” will allow readers to connect to actual patients who have written about their experience and help them on their fertility journey.
“I would like readers to be able to take away the message that there are many resources available to them that can assist them on their fertility journey and that they are empowered with the knowledge they gain from reading it, and are also comforted that there are others on a similar journey as theirs”, Belej-Rak says.
