Oswego, IL (PRWEB) November 13, 2016 -- Weblinx, Inc., a Chicago area web design and marketing firm, has won the Silver W3 Award – government website category, presented by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, for the Oswegoland Park District website.
The website was created in partnership with the marketing staff at the Oswegoland Park District. The redesigned website highlights parks and facilities, special events and program information.
The 2016 W3 Awards competition received over 5,000 entries worldwide and honored outstanding apps, web marketing, web video, and websites, including the Oswegoland Park District website.
The Oswegoland Park District website was successfully launched in the Spring of 2016. It’s a responsive mobile friendly site with an outstanding user-experience. Some of the features include an industry standard content management system, events calendar and interactive map.
