This marks the 19th time in the last 20 years that Amica has finished in the top spot. To date, Amica has received 54 J.D. Power awards for customer satisfaction, which is more than any other insurance company.
This year, Amica's score of 854 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 29 points higher than the industry average.
