TakeTours Releases Niagara Falls Departures for Maid of the Mist Extended Season
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- World-famous Maid the Mist boat ride at Niagara Falls, originally due to close for the season on Thursday, October 22, has announced that they will remain open for two extra days at the end of the month: Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26. In addition, these rides will be free of charge for the general public.
The Maid of the Mist Corporation has decided to extend their season two additional days as a way to thank state and local officials who have supported the ongoing construction of the Maid's new drydock and maintenance facility. They have also announced that there will be extended hours on the two extra days: Friday’s and Saturday's cruises from the New York side of the falls will run starting at 10:00 a.m., with the last boat leaving the docks at 5:00 p.m. During the regular season, the last boat departs at 4:00 p.m.
In order to accommodate passengers who wish to take advantage of this special offer, TakeTours has released additional New York City departures for tours to the Maid of the Mist.
