Clarity PSO Celebrates Five Years as a Patient Safety Organization with a Report to Healthcare Providers

Over the past five years, Clarity PSO has been a trailblazer in providing the types of patient safety activities envisioned by AHRQ when the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act (PSQIA) was first signed back in 2005 and became effective in February of 2009.
