The Hollywood Women's Club Clubhouse was constructed in 1927 in a Classical Revival style of architecture. Located at 501 North 14th Avenue, at the corner of Fillmore Street in the lovely North Lake neighborhood, the clubhouse overlooks the golf course of the Hollywood Beach Country Club. Surrounded by a large lawn, this charming old building is registered as a National Historic Site as well as a Hollywood Historical Landmark. This building is well known throughout the area as a center for civic and social events, and is cherished by members and neighbors alike.
The main party room, with beautiful hard wood floors and a grand piano, measures 1200 square feet and can accommodate approximately 65 people. Kitchen facilities are on site and an adequate parking area is available.
The Clubhouse is available Monday–Thursday for 10 hours, not to exceed 11 PM for $250 plus 6% tax and on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for 10 hours, not to exceed 11 PM for $500 plus 6% tax. Holiday rates will vary. A $500 refundable Security deposit is required. Use of chairs, tables, dishes, glasses are included in price. The Club reserves the right to hire a security guard at an additional cost of $35/hr. "Caterer's kitchen" is provided, but no cooking or open flames allowed in the building.

The Greater Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), Hollywood Women's Club, founded in 1922, is one of the City of Hollywood's oldest civic groups. The culturally diverse organization of 100 members is dedicated to community service and the support of local and international charitable organizations. Their Clubhouse functions as a center for community, social, educational and fundraising events. Rental fees have helped the Club continue its efforts to restore the Clubhouse and support their many community activities.
