GNLW553-VFD Decanter Centrifuge is a big bowl big volume decanter centrifuge for fast drilling or the high volume mud like Tunneling. The drilling contractors now intend to shift to use fine shale shakers for primary solids separation, and remove the desander and desilters to save energy and save time for maintenance , the bypass of second phase desander and third phase desilter requires the heavy duty, high volume decanter centrifuge for fine solids separation. This trend leads the GN Big Bowl GNLW553-VFD big volume decanter centrifuge become more and more popular in the world. GNLW553 decanter centrifuge can be used for fine/ultra fine solids separation, barite recovery and zero-discharge dewatering. The GN High G Drying shale shaker have the patent tighten rubber sealing for shale shaker deck and screen, it gives drilling contractor long life and easy replacement for the spare parts. To ensure the long life service, GN drying shale shaker bottom deck is made from Stainless Steel. To Give High G force up to 8.0 G, GN Drying shaker are Heat treated on complete shale shaker deck. And the pretension shale shaker screen is for fast screen replacement. Furthermore, GN drying shaker is installed with famous brand explosion proof certified vibration motor.
