High companies’ Robin Stauffer Recognized in Women of Influence Awards
Lancaster, Pa. (PRWEB) April 14, 2014 -- The High companies is pleased to announce that Robin D. Stauffer, corporate secretary, will receive the Community Achievement award in the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2014 Women of Influence awards. The award honors her leadership and achievements within the High companies, including her role as Executive Director of The S. Dale High Family Foundation and her contributions to the community.
Stauffer exercises general administrative direction over the support services for the High companies’ chairman, the CEO, the presidents and chief operating officers, and the corporate senior vice presidents. She is responsible for management of the High Corporate Executive Offices, Corporate Marketing and Communications, the Executive Administrative Team, and the Corporate Office Services Department. Stauffer is a member of the High companies Executive Committee, the Presidents’ Council of the High companies, and the High Education Committee.

In addition to her role with The S. Dale High Family Foundation, Stauffer is active in her community, serving as executive director of the Essence of Humanity Award Program, which honors and elevates individuals who have overcome challenges and obstacles, and caregivers of such individuals. She is a board member with the United Way of Lancaster County and served as its 2008 campaign chair, and is an inaugural member of the Women's Leadership Council, an active member of the Ethics Committee, the Resource Development Cabinet, and the Fundraising Advisory Committee. She is a member of the Lancaster County Community Foundation’s Community Engagement Committee and a past member of the Elizabethtown College Business Advisory Council, a former board member of Mom’s House, Inc., and a graduate of Leadership Lancaster.
