Mr. Ahearn brings over 10 years of real estate experience with him. In 2008, he was named Kauai Realtor of the Year. He has consistently ranked in the top 5 percent of Kauai Realtors® and has been featured in the Hawaii Top 100 Realtors® list.
Originally from Boston, Mr. Ahearn has lived on Kauai for more than 12 years. He has transacted nearly $100 million in sales in his decade long tenure with one of Kauai’s leading real estate brands, Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty. “I’m looking forward to introducing the Elite Pacific Properties brand to Kauai,” he said.

He also supports the Kauai Food Bank, Kauai United Way and the Salvation Army Kokua Kitchen.
