Get In Shape For Women, Palm Beach County Launches Community Outreach Program: Giving Back Moving Forward
Boca Raton, Florida (PRWEB) October 13, 2014 -- Get In Shape For Women, the national fitness studio franchise that offers small-group personal training for women in a private, upscale environment, is launching a Community Outreach Program to educate and inspire local organizations and charities of Palm Beach County. The program endeavors to promote a better understanding between body health, nutrition and physical fitness.
The initiative will include partnering with local business and community-based organizations to:
• Provide free educational seminars focused on clarifying misconceptions regarding diet and exercise, while outlining the importance of sufficient nutritional intake along with an effective fat to lean muscle ratio.
• Create a Community Outreach Advisory Board comprised of health and fitness professionals in addition to select members of Get In Shape For Women who have accomplished outstanding results in body/health transformation.
• Conduct a monthly support group for individuals seeking additional guidance and inspiration from others who are on or have successfully journeyed on the path to body/health transformation.
• Participate as an exhibitor in various civic events to spread enthusiasm and educational material for individuals seeking improved nutrition and physical fitness.
