Cellular Sales Opening New Location in Rome

ROME, N.Y. (PRWEB) October 31, 2014 -- Cellular Sales, the nation’s largest Verizon premium wireless retailer with approximately 560 U.S. locations, is announcing the grand opening of a new store in Rome.

The store, which is slated to open on Oct. 30, is located at 320 Adams Street, in front of Aldi. The new Cellular Sales store is expected to bring 10 jobs to the area. This is the company’s 40th store in New York and its first store in Rome.

“We have a healthy presence in Upstate New York, and we’re trying to reach more communities in this part of the state,” Cellular Sales Recruiter Jason Alexander said. “We have stores in Syracuse, Oneida and Utica, but no store in Rome. Now, we can bring our excellent customer service directly to the people of Rome instead of them having to come to one of our other area stores.”

While Cellular Sales began as a cell phone shop, it has diversified its product offerings over the years to include much more than just mobile handsets. Now, Cellular Sales stores offer everything from smartphones and tablets to home internet service and DirecTV.

“Customers who visit the Rome store will find much more than just cell phones and accessories,” Alexander said. “They’ll be able to purchase a whole array of products, including: home-phone service, internet hotspots and cable TV, and of course we still carry the latest in mobile devices, like the iPhone6.”
