In the San Francisco Bay Area, David Horning brings multifaceted expertise to bear from his years working as an independent CFO helping technology-focused companies in the areas of financial forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management as well as time spent as an investment professional at a Palo Alto based investment firm where he invested in both public companies and private VC-funded startups.
Prior to his joining EGFS, Horning’s consulting clients included a number of Bay Area startups. In this role he helped with equity and debt financings, budgeting and reporting, and cash management, among other things.
Based in EGFS’ Los Angeles office, Jerry Saenz brings more than twenty years of financial and operational experience to EGFS: including expertise in managing turnarounds, company restructurings, and capital raisings. Saenz has also held CFO and COO roles at a number of Los Angeles area companies. His areas of focus include helping clients maximize cash flow, develop strategic plans, and reduce costs.
Perry Panchmatia joins the EGFS team in Seattle. His career spans Fortune 500 companies, medium-sized organizations, and privately-held, venture-backed companies in a wide variety of industry sectors including technology, chemicals, telecommunications, and manufacturing. He has assisted companies with M&A activities, financial analysis and modeling, accounting system implementations, deal structuring, and due diligence. Panchmatia’s specialities include financial modeling and accounting controls, audit and tax compliance, financial management and cost accounting, and due diligence negotiations.
