okc.Biz Magazine compiled its list by taking input from employees, including a detailed questionnaires about job satisfaction and more, in order to help editors determine whether a company met its criteria. Companies of 250 or more were put into the large company category whereas small companies were considered those with less than 250. The editors then ranked those companies using their findings. Winners were honored at a recent banquet and featured in the September 23, 2015 edition of okc.BIZ.
“Since the ranking is based on employee feedback, we feel that speaks volumes to what 180 Medical stands for as a company.
