Azure Condominium Breaks Ground on Final Building
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (PRWEB) August 30, 2016 -- Thomas Frankel, president of Frankel Development and managing partner of F.W. Yacht Club, LLC , has broken ground for the final of two luxury condominium buildings at Azure, a 14-acre community located on Donald Ross Road and the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach Gardens. When Azure’s final building is completed in 2018, the community will comprise a total of 101 Luxury residences overlooking the Loggerhead Marina and Yacht Harbor. Azure made local headlines during the past two seasons for leading Palm Beach Counties luxury real estate recovery. The community has recorded over $100 million in sales since winter of 2014.
Participants in the ground breaking ceremony included William J. Gilbane, Jr. of Gilbane Building Company who noted that “Azure’s final building is projected to be completed within 20 months.”
Azure’s first residents will move into building one beginning in October.
Also present, were architect, Keith Spina of Glidden Spina Partners who said, “Azure has raised the bar for contemporary condominium development with its boutique style mid-rise buildings. Azure has every luxury-- privately keyed elevators, grand lobbies with resident club rooms and card rooms, outdoor resort swimming pools, a café, a golf practice green and a 6,000 square foot health spa and fitness center.”
Landscape architect, George Gentile of Gentile Glas Holloway and O’Mahoney Associates, congratulated the Azure development team for “successfully replanting more than 200 native trees site-- notably 14 Florida Live Oaks, each over 45 feet tall.” Azure’s entry at Donald Ross Road, is defined by fountains, royal palms, seagrape hedges, a 24/7 manned gatehouse and a paver stone drive.
