RadPad Launches Concierge Apartment Search Service in Dallas
DALLAS (PRWEB) November 27, 2017 -- Online rental marketplace RadPad (https://www.onradpad.com/) introduced its concierge apartment-finding service in Dallas, Texas, on Monday. The company is leveraging the numerous listings on its platform while partnering with the best real estate experts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to make the apartment-finding process easier for renters.
The services consists of two main parts, RadPad’s online marketplace, which is easy to access from any device with an internet connection, and licensed REALTORS who have the knowledge and experience to help renters get the best deal for places that fit their criteria.
“Renters today value convenience and want to be able to quickly find their next place while paying the lowest amount,” said RadPad CEO Copley Broer. “They want both those things without sinking a lot of time into the process. With our new service, it’s possible.”
People interested in using the service can start the process by downloading the RadPad app on their iOS or Android devices, or visiting the company’s website, onradpad.com. After answering several questions about search criteria, like whether a renter needs a place that’s dog-friendly or has covered parking, users are sent a list of apartments or houses that meet the criteria and are assigned a broker who is there to answer any questions they have throughout the process.
“It can be really overwhelming to see all the apartments available in an area and try to determine which one is right for you and who has the best specials, which is why we decided to add a human touch,” said Broer. “You might not know that a building similar to the one you’re looking at two blocks over is offering a special where you can receive the first month free, but our agents do.”
Besides having real-time information about move-in specials, agents’ knowledge goes beyond whether simply knowing if a complex is pet-friendly and into the realm of answering questions like “Is it easy to live with a pet here?” and “Are the property managers quick to resolve issues?”
RadPad is currently offering a $200 Uber credit to renters that use the free concierge service and list RadPad as the referral source.
Once people have found their new home, RadPad still provides them convenience through its renter’s insurance offerings and easy utility setup service. Additionally, renters can make their monthly rent payments from their phones if the landlord accepts Pay with RadPad at their new location.
