Travers, a life-long photographer and animal-lover, explores horse racing through photography and graphic illustration. The San Diego History Center explores what it is to be a San Diegan at the Marston’s History Emporium hands-on learning lab for children. With an imaginative take, the Emporium explores such questions as, “Why is it important to know and understand San Diego’s history? What do objects, photos, and documents say about our past? How have other children in San Diego made a difference in our community?”
