Simpson is a Louisiana native and graduate of Southern University. Simpson worked as a residential sales agent for Keller Williams in Baton Rouge several years ago before starting her own brokerage, Excel Realty of Louisiana. Her team of 15 agents specialized in the first-time home buyer market, new construction and investor transactions. She eventually switched gears and worked in the commercial real estate industry in retail auditing.
In 2016, she was hired to lead the launch of a real estate brokerage startup in the New Orleans area and worked as its managing broker. Within months of a successful grand opening, Simpson learned that she would be relocating with her family and now resides in Missouri. She was excited to choose Real as the option for continuing her real estate career.
