Childers’ distinguished career began studying under industry titan John Maxwell while working for his leadership organization. Applying what he learned there, David has successfully aided professionals in the residential real estate business, leading regional and national sales operations for some of the top organizations in the industry.
He has built his reputation by dramatically enhancing client services for several multi-million dollar companies. In each case, he helped members expand market penetration, increase revenue and profitability, and develop superior brand recognition. He has joined KCM to do the same for its Members.

David was also a Market Sales Leader for Bank of America where he built sales volumes to levels that earned him the position of Vice President.
Childers and his teams will work to drive even more value for KCM’s expansive Member base through new and enhanced content offerings. Additionally, he will spearhead KCM’s marketing efforts to increase partnership value and dramatically increase customer referrals.
