2019 Salt Lake Tribune Home + Garden Show Opens Friday, March 8 Featuring HGTV's Desert Flippers, Eric and Lindsey Bennett and HGTV's Design Star Tiffany Brooks

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 2019 Salt Lake Tribune Home + Garden Show brought to you by Floor & Decor opens its doors on Friday, March 8, 2019 and continues through Sunday, March 10 at the Mountain America Expo Center. This Spring, the Home Show team welcomes Eric and Lindsey Bennett of HGTV's Desert Flippers and HGTV's Design Star, Tiffany Brooks from the show's eighth season. Both celebrity guests will appear on the Garden Design Stage at the Home + Garden Show throughout the weekend. Another exciting feature at the Home Show are the Feature Gardens. Seven local landscaping companies, including Belgard, Klik Design, JM Landscape, Nite Scapes, Rasmussen Landscapes, Olympus Maintenance of Utah and Reinheit Landscaping and Maintenance, have created 25,000 square feet of horticultural designs for Home Show guests to walk through and find inspiration.

Eric and Lindsey Bennett, of HGTV's Desert Flippers have been transforming outdated Palm Springs, California properties for more than a decade. Originally from the Midwest, the property power couple moved across the country in 2006 to pursue their dream of building a real estate empire. They started with nothing and have built their business together, in just 10 short years, selling real estate, originating loans, acquiring rental property and flipping over 100 homes. The Bennetts will be on the Garden Design Stage at the Home Show on Friday, March 8 at 5 p.m.; Saturday, March 9 at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Also part of the national celebrity guest lineup is HGTV's Design Star from the eighth season and HGTV's Smart Home, Tiffany Brooks. Specializing in luxury residential design, her design projects and expertise have been featured in many media outlets such as House Beautiful, HGTV Magazine, Essence, Domino and Architectural Digest. Brooks will be on the Garden Design Stage at the Home Show on Friday, March 8 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and Saturday, March 9 at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

This season, the Home Show has teamed up with Walker Home Design and Epik Walls in a silent auction benefitting Little Miracles. Modeled after the house in the hit-move The Incredibles, this unique tree house will go to one lucky winner for a minimum bid of $5,000. The winner will be announced live at the Home Show on Sunday, March 10 at 5 p.m., and the tree house will be on display in booth #118 at the Show. All proceeds benefit Little Miracles, a local nonprofit foundation dedicated to helping single mothers.

The Home + Garden Show is offering free valet parking—first come, first serve— at the Mountain America Expo Center plus a complimentary shuttle service to and from the inContact parking structure on Friday after 5:00 p.m. and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
