Jordan Kovnot is Partner in our Corporate & Business Group. Focusing on internet, e-commerce, and software matters, he works with software and technology providers to develop and refine contracts, streamline sales processes, and monetize and protect data.
Jennifer Tintenfass is a Partner in our Real Estate Group. She represents lenders and developers in many aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate secured financings, term and construction loans, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture development, leasing, and due diligence analysis. Jennifer also regularly counsels in the Cannabis space in sale-leaseback financing.
Joshua Upin is a Partner in our Litigation Group.
