Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) Announces New Leadership

PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 10, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) announced today the appointments of new leadership including Sarah Reynolds as CEO, Paul Cohen as President and Paul Eric Mason as Director General. Sarah Reynolds is a Managing Partner at Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum LLP in Chicago. Paul Cohen heads the international group at 4-5 Gray's Inn Square Chambers in London and Paul Eric Mason is an independent arbitrator and mediator affiliated with the major arbitral institutions in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US. Anji Foster was also re-appointed as Treasurer and Teresa Garcia-Reyes was appointed as Secretary. Anji is principal owner of the of the Law Office of Angela Foster and Teresa Garcia-Reyes is VP, Litigation for Baker Hughes, a GE company.

Both Les and Chris will continue to serve SVAMC on the Board and through other initiatives.

Additional leadership appointments include Jonathan Fitch and Patricia Shaughnessy as new directors, in addition to re-electing Bill Baker, Alex Blumrosen, Paul Cohen, Michael Diamant, Sandy Jeskie, Sherman Kahn, Jim Madison, Paul Mason, Claire Morel de Westgaver, Sarah Reynolds, Neil Smith and Gary Benton to an additional two-year term. Les Schiefelbein, Chris Compton and Gary Benton were re-appointed as Board Vice Chairs and Board Chair, respectively, for another year. The Board also expressed thanks to retiring director Susan Nycum.
