Purchase of a leading American training provider
KELLER, Texas, Oct. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- German media company FORUM MEDIA GROUP GMBH has acquired majority shares in US training provider Gemba Academy LLC, based in Keller, Texas. The founders and current owners Ron Pereira, Kevin Meyer, and Jon Miller will remain on board as managers and minority shareholders. The acquisition presents exciting opportunities for both FORUM and Gemba Academy.
Gemba Academy specializes in Lean and Six Sigma training. Lean is an operating philosophy based on maximizing customer value by minimizing waste.
