Pellinat first began partnering with Building Champions while leading the executive development efforts at Western Digital. As a client, she benefited from coaching as she transitioned to an executive role with Kaiser Permanente. Her belief in the transformative power of coaching inspired Pellinat to transition from her corporate career and dedicate herself to coaching full-time, helping others chart their paths toward their most fulfilling lives—just as she has done. Pellinat has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the aerospace & defense, technology, and healthcare sectors. She has expertise in executive development, succession management, team effectiveness, change leadership, and organization development.
