For the Eighth Consecutive Year, Anserve wins the ATSI Award of Excellence

The award has been presented each year since 1996 by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), a leading answering service industry trade association. The Award of Excellence was first presented 26 years ago to help answering services evaluate the caliber of calls by providing measurements of their quality. Over a six-month period, independent judges evaluate response time, courteousness of the answering agent, accuracy of the call, knowledge of the account, and overall impression of the call.
