Board of Directors elected Shannon F. DeProfio as President and CEO

(G-W) (OTC Markets: GWOX), a leading educational publisher of digital and print instructional materials, announced that its Board of Directors elected Shannon F. DeProfio as President and CEO following the Annual Shareholder Meeting held on July 12, 2022.
Additionally, the Board of Directors elected Carolyn Gomez, currently serving as CFO, Vice President Finance, and Treasurer, to the Corporate Secretary position. John F. Flanagan will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.
