Today Lightwave announced the hiring of Steven Flack as chief financial officer. He is responsible for directing finance strategies and processes for Lightwave and its network of affiliated dental practices.
Flack joins Lightwave with more than 30 years of experience helping to transform private equity backed multi-location healthcare providers in behavioral health, physical therapy, and occupational medicine. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer of Invo Healthcare-Progressus Therapy, a leading behavioral health and special education organization that specializes in school-based therapy and early intervention services for school districts and communities.

Previously, Flack spent seven years growing a multi-site outpatient provider of occupational healthcare services and worked as CFO for two provider-owned health plans and a leading behavioral health-based autism platform. Over the first 15 years of his career, Flack held progressive financial management roles with a leading insurance and financial services organization, including in the London reinsurance market.
