Construction Industry Leader Joins Las Vegas-Based Design-Led Development Firm's Custom Home Division
LAS VEGAS, Sept. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Blue Heron, a Las Vegas-based design-led development firm, announced today that esteemed construction industry leader Frank Eppink has joined the company as President of BH Elite, Blue Heron's custom-home division. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the business's continued growth and evolution while ensuring the delivery of unrivaled client satisfaction. Eppink will also serve as a member of Blue Heron's executive leadership team.

Eppink joins Blue Heron from the Beck Group, Dallas, where he built a distinguished career over 36 years, most recently serving as Regional Director in the Denver office, which he established and led. Under his leadership, the Denver region provided integrated design-build commercial real estate solutions for a variety of market sectors, including residential, retail, office, industrial, faith-based, and healthcare. While in the Denver office, Eppink and his leadership team developed a unique integrated design-build platform, much of which is now being implemented as a companywide standard for all regional offices.
Eppink spent his earlier years with the Beck Group serving in leadership roles across the organization, managing a wide range of construction projects and eventually rising to the position of Operations Manager for the Central Region, the company's largest division.
During a five-year tenure at Lauth Group, Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., he helped grow the commercial developer's operations from three states to a 29-state region. In addition, he built a $600 million per year design-build construction division within the development company.
Eppink is a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind., where he received a B.S. in Building, Construction, and Contracting.
