The upcoming location at Work/Shop marks the salad chain's fourth DFW restaurant.
DALLAS, Sept. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Triten Real Estate Partners (TREP), known for their large-scale, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use projects in Texas, announces Crisp & Green as an upcoming tenant at their current re-development called Work/Shop, a mixed-use, family-friendly environment in the heart of Addison on Belt Line Road. Crisp & Green made headlines last summer by announcing their significant expansion across Dallas-Fort Worth, with as many as 15 stores expected to open in the next few years. The health-focused restaurant chain serving salads, grain bowls, and smoothies now have three open locations in the area, the most recent being their Rockwall location. The location at Work/Shop will make their fourth in DFW.
The health-conscious restaurant chain will occupy a 2,900 square foot end cap with Belt Line Road frontage and a large outdoor patio facing the project's future greenspace and activity lawn. This location plans to serve Addison and the surrounding area plus the over 500 employees working on-site at Work/Shop daily.
Crisp & Green holds a reputation within the markets they serve for pairing healthy food options with on-site fitness classes to enhance the visitor's experience and lifestyle. Pilates, yoga, barre, and HIIT fitness classes are a few options currently offered at their existing locations and are free to those who participate. Triten follows a very similar beat when it comes to creating interactive experiences within their developments. Triten's most recent project, a 200,000 square-foot mixed-use property in the Houston Heights called M-K-T, has quickly become a hub of entertainment, hosting a plethora of events ranging from kids' yoga classes to edgy evening farmer's markets. Triten will replicate this experience at Work/Shop by utilizing the project's 30,000 square-foot central park and greenspace as a destination to interact and connect.
Triten started their Addison re-development in early 2022. This multi-faceted commercial site consists of both office and retail offerings located a half-mile east of the Dallas North Tollway at 5494 Belt Line Road. The project consists of two 3-story office buildings totaling 135,000 square feet of completely renovated Class A office space (including modern spec suite offerings) and 81,500 square feet of Class A, multilevel retail fronting Belt Line Road connected by the newly planted central park and greenspace. The property is projected to deliver in late 2023.
