The 24-week virtual learning program teaches “Climbers” the fundamentals of digital marketing and marketing technologies including ad platforms like Google Ads, email marketing software like Constant Contact, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
The course will emphasize in-demand skills such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), the basics of prompt engineering, best practices for incorporating AI into marketing copywriting, data analytics, email marketing, and Google and Meta advertising. The content also covers professional development including networking, salary negotiations, mock interviews with industry professionals, and using AI for writing resumes, cover letters, and thank you notes. Climb Hire’s career development coaches subsequently help Climbers connect with employers in their partner and alumni networks.
