Monarch Wealth Strategies has announced the promotion of Nicole Allen, who has served as the firm's Operations Manager since 2019, to Wealth Advisor Associate.

Before joining Monarch, Allen held positions in lending, retail banking, and management for over a decade. She currently serves as the president of the Santa Barbara Young Professionals and regularly volunteers with the American Heart Association.
