CHICO, Calif., Jan. 16, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Hignell Companies is thrilled to announce 75 years in business, marked by the release of a new logo for the Hignell brand. 1948 marked the beginning when Fred Hignell Jr., along with his partner, Floyd Strange, built over 1,000 homes in 25 subdivisions, in addition to apartment and commercial projects. Doug Hignell joined his father in 1970, bringing with him new vitality and an expanded vision for the company.
Over time, The Hignell Companies built numerous multi-family, single-family, commercial and retail properties, along with an elder care facility. With their extensive property management experience, The Hignell Companies began offering management services for Homeowner and Property Owner Association boards in the 1980s. Recent years have seen the development of resources that are being used nationally to train and equip board members. The 75 year celebration is launching with a new logo for the Hignell brand.
