Coray Grove Promoted to Chief Revenue Officer at Inova Payroll

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 19, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Inova Payroll, LLC, a national payroll and human resource solutions provider, has announced that Coray Grove has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), reporting to President, Joe Schweppe. As CRO, Grove is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's revenue growth and leadership for its expanded national sales team.
For the past year, Grove has held the position of Executive Vice President with the company. Prior to Inova, Coray was Principal and Co-founder of Integrated Payroll Services (IPS), based in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was responsible for sales and implementation. IPS merged with Inova in December 2021 to create one of the largest privately-held HCM companies in the US.

Grove began his HCM career with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where in a seven-year span, he served in several leadership positions, including Training Manager, Sales Manager, and a Major Account Sales Director responsible for new client development within ADP's St. Louis Region of Major Accounts.
He received his BS from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois, and an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis. Coray has also earned his Senior Professional of Human Resources designation (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
