Ratcliff brings over a decade of experience providing high-touch research advisory services to some of the largest institutional investors in North America. Prior to Stephens, he also held similar roles at Noble Corporation and Garrison Financial. Ratcliff earned a BSBA in Economics and Transportation & Logistics from the University of Arkansas in 2010.
