Graphic Controls, based in Buffalo, N.Y., is a subsidiary of Nissha Co. Ltd.
The Graphic Controls Point-of-Sale Rolls division produces security-enabled printed vouchers and receipts, point-of-sale coupons, kiosk receipts and more. Iconex is acquiring the division's equipment and customer base but not any employees. The group's products are used by customers in the retail, kiosk, banking, law enforcement and entertainment industries.
