SACRAMENTO, Calif., Feb. 14, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Vanir, a national leader in program, project and construction management and real estate development, has welcomed a new Executive Director of Healthcare, Richard "Rick" Olson. In this role, Olson will lead national healthcare development, planning and strategy, working collaboratively to spearhead initiatives focused on the successful acquisition of new healthcare business, as well as increased support for Vanir's existing healthcare projects.

Olson has more than 30 years of healthcare experience as an architect, builder and owner, and has managed more than $3 billion in projects for healthcare providers nationwide. Prior to joining Vanir, he held a number of key leadership roles within the industry, including Arizona and Nevada Division Director of Planning, Design and Construction for CommonSpirit Health; Director of Planning, Design and Construction for Dignity Health; Regional Director of Planning, Design and Construction for CHI Franciscan Health; and more.
