The PropTech leader has forged several new developer partnerships and launched apps for major master-planned communities across the country.

The company has embarked on several new partnerships with leading developers, launching branded, mobile-first lifestyle apps for major master-planned communities across the country.
These new relationships add to the company's robust developer portfolio, which includes more than 80 of the country's most innovative and fastest-growing communities, positively impacting the lives of more than 200,000 residents.

Mattamy Homes
Mattamy Homes is the largest privately owned home builder in North America. Alosant created a lifestyle app for Mattamy's Tradition master-planned community in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The app helps manage amenities, reservations, events and other resources for residents. Alosant is also facilitating the launch of "Friends of Tradition," which will feature content for the public—including prospective buyers and those interested in the Tradition events and retail.
Starwood Land
Starwood Land is a nationally-renowned residential real estate investment firm focused on land acquisition, development and financing. Alosant created lifestyle apps for two of its innovative new projects in Texas: Sunterra, which launched in December 2022, and Cypress Green, which will launch at the end of March. The apps focus on both the resident and prospect experience—with an emphasis on resident engagement with lifestyle programming and amenities to create a strong sense of community for homeowners and prospective buyers.
MA Partners
MA Partners is a leading master-planned developer with properties under development and management in Texas and California. Alosant created an app for Elevon, a luxury residential community in Levon, Texas. Launching later this month, the app currently features content for prospects—with a resident component launching in the coming months. With construction at Elevon still underway, the app showcases what's to come so home shoppers can visualize life within the community. The app will soon include augmented reality features and access control.
Bolthouse Properties
Bolthouse Properties is an agricultural land and real estate investment company and the developer behind Experience Seven Oaks, a dynamic master-planned community in Bakersfield, California. The community's app launched in January and is resident focused with the goal of creating a stronger sense of identity within the community.
The Landings Association
The Landings is a premiere private community in Savannah, Georgia. The Alosant app will provide residents with the ability to manage in-app maintenance requests, documents and forms and will include detailed information on amenities, marinas, trails, committees, and more. The app's public view features interesting informational and educational content about Skidaway Island and The Landings. Alosant is also working on exciting new additions for vendors along with access control.
Oxland Group
Oxland Group is a full-service capital investment and real estate development firm that is currently developing the Painted Tree residential community in McKinney, Texas. Painted Tree will use the Alosant app, which launches this month, to showcase its future clubs, events and amenities (including resident access control once the amenities are built). The app will also feature a public/guest view allowing home shoppers to view models, builders and information about the different districts within Painted Tree and will also soon feature a self-guided tour for prospects.
Forestar Group Inc.:
Forestar Group Inc. is a majority-owned subsidiary of D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder by volume in the United States since 2002. Alosant created apps for Trails of Elizabeth Creek in Northwest Fort Worth, Texas and Eagle Creek in Denton, Texas. Slated to launch in April 2023, both apps will feature resident and prospect content. Residents will enjoy HOA functionalities, including managing forms and documents, along with the ability to make reservations at amenities, resident clubs and events. Prospect content will include the ability to explore model homes, along with access to public event listings and a list of community amenities.

Toll Brothers:
Toll Brothers is an award-winning Fortune 500 company founded in 1967 and the nation's leading builder of luxury homes. Alosant created apps for Toll's Regency at Stonebrook community in Sparks, Nevada and its Regency at Desert Color project in St. George, Utah.
Users of the Regency at Stonebrook app enjoy its functionality to manage various on-site clubs and events as well as a pet directory, which has been the highlight of the app for many users. The app also features prospect content, allowing home shoppers to view home collections, models and future amenities as well as an on-site design studio and sales center. Regency at Desert Color is still under construction, so the app's primary focus for this community is showcasing home collections and model homes along with the surrounding area and what's in store.
