Today, Vässla announced the U.S. availability of its Vässla Pedal e-bike and the launch of Vässla Club, a subscription service for New Yorkers. At 42 pounds, with a lightweight removable 5-pound battery for charging and theft prevention, Vässla's e-bike is designed to ease the commute around the city, with a unisex frame for anyone and everyone. Vässla Club is a subscription service that provides the flexibility of monthly ownership, including Flex (one month) for $139/month + $49 start-up fee, Pro 6 (six months) for $129/month and Pro 12 (twelve months) for $109/month. Subscriptions include a helmet, lock and phone holder; baskets are also available for purchase. In addition, Pro 6 and Pro 12 customers can get free maintenance with Vässla partner Cycle Haus.
