State government leader with over 30 years of experience joins GreenCourt as Vice President of Business Development.
CARROLLTON, Ga., May 3, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GreenCourt Legal Technologies, LLC announces the hiring of Charles Smith as Vice President of Business Development. Smith served in the Texas Attorney General's Child Support Division (CSD) from 1988 until 2015, when he was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve as the Chief Deputy Executive Commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). In 2016, Governor Abbott appointed Smith to serve as the Executive Commissioner of HHSC. Smith faithfully served in this role until his retirement from state government.
