Jonathon is a consulting CFO with a documented track record of success across diverse industries, including oil and gas, mining, financial services, private equity, venture capital/investments, and retail. He has a history of improving operations and investor and bank relations through strategic business planning, internal controls, and productivity improvements.

Jonathon started out at Oppenheimer Funds, where he received four promotions within three years, ultimately leading a team of ten fund analysts; he also earned his MBA while at this employer.
His first CFO role began in 2010, at Family Tree Corporation, a private oil and gas company, where he led strategic planning and development for non-operated working interests, mineral acquisitions, and large-scale lease plays. There, he saved the company $1.5M through identifying revenue-threatening errors and developing audit procedures.
Jonathon went on to hold high-level finance positions at companies in industries such as private equity, manufacturing, healthcare, and trucking/transportation. He worked for several years as a consultant at GWS Consulting, helping clients improve their financial strategies and positions.
Most recently, he served as interim CFO for Food Service Holdings / BSI and then for Load to Ride Transportation / One-Stop Freightways in Denver. At Load to Ride, he completed an internal audit over three years of financial statements, helped hire finance and accounting staff, and negotiated the business valuation to obtain LOI with successful sale of business, for which he ran diligence.

Jonathon has a B.B.A. in administration, finance, and accounting from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, and an M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business in Denver.
