As a result, they have diligently filled the roles of the recently announced DEI Taskforce.
Eileen Dabrowski, from ReedTMS Logistics, has been appointed as the DEI Taskforce Chair. With a background in education, both in higher education and transportation and logistics as a Director of Learning and Development, Eileen is committed to advancing equity and has received industry recognition. She was a finalist for the Women in Trucking Association's Most Influential Women in Trucking in 2021.
Dabrowski, currently serving as the Chair of the Program Committee for the Transportation Intermediaries Association, brings her academic background into her transportation work. She expressed her honor in leading the DEI Taskforce alongside talented professionals committed to fostering inclusivity within TMSA.
TMSA has also secured a Gold Level Sponsorship for the inaugural year of its DEI Program. Sol de Naples Marketing has made a commitment to support this initiative.
