The Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon will be opening registration online at zeiglerkalamazoomarathon.com for its 2024 Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon today August 1, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., with the Marathon weekend scheduled for Saturday, May 4 through Sunday, May 5, 2024. The organization will be live-streaming the registration kick off celebration hosted by Zeigler's Driving Vision Podcast starting at 5:00 p.m. at Gazelle Sports.
KALAMAZOO, Mich., Aug. 1, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Registration for the 2024 Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon will officially open online at zeiglerkalamazoomarathon.com today August 1, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. The event will be hosted and live-streamed by Zeigler's Driving Vision Podcast at Gazelle Sports, located on the Kalamazoo Mall downtown Kalamazoo. The registration kickoff will include photo-ops, giveaways, race information, and swag for the first 50 guests.
The 2024 Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon will be held on Saturday, May 4th through Sunday, May 5th next year and will include a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K Run, 5K Walk and free PNC Kids' 1K.
New for 2024 the Marathon will be introducing the Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon Relay with groups of three to five team members able to register to complete the Full Marathon with legs varying in distance from 3.5 to 6.5 miles.
Also new for 2024 the 50 State Challenge returns last held in 2019 during the Kalamazoo Marathon at the Borgess Run for the Health of It. This feature is a celebration of runners from throughout the nation and supports runners looking to participate in marathons hitting all 50 states. The first registrant from each state will receive a complimentary entry and specialty run gear.
