DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Brandon Hall Group opened applications for its 25th Annual HCM Excellence Awards Program covering 90 human capital management categories across Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management/HR, Corporate Initiatives and Sales Performance. Applications will be accepted until Friday, April 12, 2019.
The awards recognize organizations that successfully developed and deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that achieved exceptional and measurable results. Entries are judged by Brandon Hall Group executives and analysts, as well as an international panel of judges. Results will be announced in a live online event, Thursday, August 22, 2019.
This month, 2018 award winners will be honored at the HCM Excellence Conference and Awards Gala in West Palm Beach, Fl. Often called the "Academy Awards" by learning, talent and business executives, the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards is the most prestigious HCM program in the performance-improvement industry.
"This is the 25th edition of the HCM Excellence Awards and each year we are impressed by the range of innovations" said Mike Cooke, Brandon Hall Group CEO. "The corporate environment has drastically changed, and human capital executives responded in really meaningful ways, so we expect to see some really great entries."
Each submission is carefully reviewed and judged in five categories: fit to the need, how the program was designed, delivered and what measurable benefit the program provides, as well its overall impact on the organization.
"This year, we added a Corporate Initiatives category which goes beyond employee management to create meaningful employment pathways for their workforce and community," said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke, who oversees the awards program. "One of the really special categories is for Emerging Stars, which recognizes innovative employees who are new to the HCM space. They also receive onstage recognition at our annual awards ceremony and gala."
