BOISE, Idaho, Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Access Heating and Air is pleased to announce the launch of its Furnacesaurus contest where the household with the oldest unit will win a new energy efficient furnace from Trane. This contest by the Boise-based HVAC company will end on Feb. 25, 2019, and the winner will be announced shortly after.
"We are searching for the oldest furnace in Boise," said James Barrett, marketing manager and service technician at Access Heating and Air. "If you win, you'll receive a brand-new furnace as well as the added benefit of lower energy bills. Most people don't realize the older the unit is, the less efficient it is, and that often leads to very expensive energy bills."
A panel of judges will determine the winning entry based on the age of the unit entered. The Furnacesaurus contest is open to all owner-occupied, single-family homes within the Access Heating and Air service area which includes Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Star, Kuna and Caldwell. Entrants must own and reside in the home entered in the contest. To enter, visit http://www.accessheating.com/contest.
"The team at Access Heating and Air encourages all homeowners in our service area to submit an entry," said Barrett. "If you don't win the grand prize, don't worry. All contest entrants will receive a certificate for $200 off a new furnace and will be entered to win other prizes such as furnace filters for a year, precision furnace tune-ups, programmable thermostats and more!"
