Ahern Announces Leadership Changes
J. F. Ahern Co. is pleased to announce several promotions and leadership changes that will be effective November 1, 2018.

Corporate Leadership
Tony Ahern will be taking on additional responsibilities in the newly created role of President and Chief Operating Officer. At the beginning of November 2019, as President and COO, Tony will have full responsibility for all P&L units and operations.
Tripp Ahern who has served as President for 25 years beginning in January 1994, and CEO since 1997 will continue to serve as CEO and will assume the responsibilities of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Tripp will continue to be actively involved in the business on a daily basis, working closely with the entire Management Committee.
After 60 years of professional contributions to Ahern, John Ahern will become Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors
These changes will position Ahern for future growth and opportunity while maintaining its core values and ensuring the successful stewardship of Ahern.
Milwaukee Leadership
Bob Fischer, Executive Vice President of Ahern's Milwaukee Division will be retiring on October 31, 2019. Tim Schneider, currently the Vice President of Ahern's Northeast Division, will assume the role of Executive Vice President of Milwaukee beginning November 1, 2018. During Fiscal 2019, Bob will remain in a full time capacity assisting Tim, as well as focusing on a number of company initiatives until his retirement in October of 2019.
Tim has been at Ahern for over 15 years since graduating from MSOE where he also subsequently obtained his master's degree. Tim has held successive leadership roles within Ahern. Tim became a member of the Management Committee in 2016 and a shareholder in 2017.
Northeast Leadership
As Tim assumes a new leadership position Ahern is pleased to announce the promotion of Grant Nadler to Northeast General Manager also effective November 1, 2018.
Grant has been with Ahern since 2011 and has held successively increasing responsibility culminating in his current role as Northeast Regional Construction Manager.
