DIAMOND BAR, Calif., Feb. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ahipoki will host a fundraiser starting on February 7th through March 6, 2020, at all California locations on behalf of the LA Regional Food Bank. Customers that visit Ahipoki will have the opportunity to donate any amount at the register and write their name on a giving card to be displayed at the restaurant.
Hunger affects all ages and all walks of life, from homelessness to those working and not able to make ends meet. 1 in 5 people who live in Los Angeles County may not know where their next meal is coming from, according to California Food Policy Advocates.
"We are happy to partner with the LA Regional Food Bank. Donating to this important cause will enable them to assist more children, families, seniors and those in and to lead a healthier life", said Hengky Huang, Vice President of Operations at Ahipoki.
"The Food Bank truly appreciates Ahipoki for its efforts to raise funds for those in need in our community," said Roger Castle, Chief Development Officer of the LA Regional Food Bank. "Ahipoki and their participating customers are giving more than food - they are giving hope.

About Ahipoki:
The Ahipoki concept was born out of the desire of a restaurant group wanting to bring a much needed health-conscious California inspired seafood restaurant with a south pacific flair to its customers. Health-conscious poke bowl lovers can sit down and relax in a laid-back atmosphere all while enjoying the fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian flavors coupled with a fresh fish experience normally found outside of a quick-serve restaurant.
