Akima Names Jim Enicks President of Five Rivers Services
Military and Industry Veteran Will Focus on Growth and Pursuit of Army and Unified Combatant Command COCOM Opportunities
HERNDON, Va., April 30, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Akima announced that Jim Enicks has been named the president of Five Rivers Services, one of Akima's operating companies focused on providing the Army with IT solutions to support critical mission requirements. Enicks will oversee the relocation of the Five Rivers Services headquarters to Tampa Bay, FL and lead the company in providing full-spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) and training support services to the federal government.
Enicks joined Akima in January 2017, after serving in various leadership roles at SRA International and SAIC. At Akima, he has grown company-wide Army IT relationships and business to enable future partnerships and growth. A proven management and leadership professional, Enicks has over 30 years of experience in the military communications and operations communities – with noted success supervising, planning, implementing, and optimizing networks for the Department of Defense.
