KIMBERTON, Pa., Sept. 15, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- All4 LLC (ALL4) has completed its first acquisition with the purchase of Smith Management Group (SMG), a Kentucky-based, environmental consulting firm solving multimedia challenges for industry since 1989. SMG will be known as ALL4's Kentucky Region with operations in both Louisville and Lexington and will help expand and strengthen ALL4's technical environmental, health, and safety (EHS) multimedia support to industrial clients.
The addition of ALL4's Kentucky Region is an investment for ALL4 consistent with its long-term goals of sustained growth and expansion of technical capabilities. Strategically, ALL4 is expanding its geographic footprint and attracting top technical talent that fit the ALL4 culture.
